Sandy Springs Police Benevolent Fund
The Sandy Springs Police Benevolent Fund was founded in 2010 to foster and enhance the quality of life for the members of the City of Sandy Springs Police and Fire Departments and other local public safety organizations and First Responders. The Fund is designed to help law enforcement officers and their families in times of crisis.
The Sandy Springs Police Benevolent Fund is a non-profit 501(c) (3) charitable organization.
It means so much to those who serve.
A police department is defined by its employees and volunteers. Our safety would be in peril without the sacrificial service of our public servants who willingly go into harm’s way to ensure the rest of us are safe and secure.
When a Sandy Springs police officer’s child needed special surgery or a policeman or fireman unexpectedly suffered a serious injury or illness, or a fellow law enforcement officer was killed in the line of duty, the Sandy Springs Police Benevolent Fund was there to help.
Fortunately, the Sandy Springs Police Benevolent Fund is not limited to Sandy Springs Public Safety employees. The SSPBF reaches across jurisdictional lines to help all public safety employees who have been in need.
With the ongoing support of our community, we will continue to help those who help others.
Our Annual Charity Golf Classic is our largest fundraiser of the year and we are seeking sponsorships and participants. Don’t miss this great opportunity to support the Benevolent Fund!
The SSPBF is here to help our community by providing financial support to brothers and sisters in crisis. If you are in a time of need, we want to help. All assistance requests are strictly confidential.
Nothing we do would be possible without the financial support of our community. We urge everyone that can to make a contribution to allow us to continue to help not only local officers but the community as well.
The Officer Down Memorial Page is a non-profit organization dedicated to honoring America’s fallen law enforcement heroes. More than 23,000 officers have made the ultimate sacrifice in the U.S.
